VP Academic

Responsibilities:
- Hire coordinators to help you carry out your mandate
- Curriculum coordinator (to create curriculum feedback forms/surveys and the curriculum feedback report)
- Opportunities and outreach (to post outreach opportunities every week)
- Mentorship program coordinator (to help manage the mentorship program and help manage the tutoring program)
- Hire peer tutors
- Actively manage and organize the mentorship program
- Represent the concerns of your peers regarding any aspect of academics with IDS program
VP External

VP Finance

Responsibilities:
- Advise the association on all financial matters
- Actively seek out funding for activities and events
- Prepare the budget for ratification by the executive team and AUS
- Keep meticulous records of all expenses and work closely with each member to ensure that the budget properly reflects the association’s plan for the year
- Fill out reimbursement forms when necessary
VP Internal

- Content coordinator(s) (to help create graphics and work on the social media/come up with content ideas)
- Design Coordinator (to create designs and graphics for the social media and website)
- Translation coordinator (to translate any necessary social media or listserv content into French)
VP Events

Responsibilities:
- Responsible for running and managing Catalyst McGill team and website
- Organize weekly Catalyst exec team meetings
- Hire, onboard new Catalyst staff
- Liaise with Managing Editors to create publishing schedule, manage and publish articles
- Communicate with Catalyst team to ensure writers, editors have sufficient support
- Responsible for maintenance of Catalyst website
- Write editorials, etc. as desired
- Responsible for publishing Chrysalis Journal
- Hire Chrysalis Editorial Board, peer reviewers, etc.
- Manage and successfully advertise submissions to Chrysalis
