The IDSSA is happy to introduce its 2023-24 Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) Committee! Composed of 2 representatives, the DEI Committee’s role is to ensure that the association and its members (whether executives or students) are given the adequate resources to succeed in an equitable and fair environment. Goals for the 2023-24 Years of the DEI committee consist of
- Creating a space for the student body to express concerns related to DEI
- Dedicated office hours two times a week for an open platform
- Virtual form
- Exploring DEI matters across McGill University and Montreal city at large
- Monthly article published within Catalyst
